All Souls Procession Weekend – Fun Things to do in Phoenix

The All Souls Procession starting on 11/01/2019 is one of the fun things to do in Phoenix AZ!

There are a lot of fun things to do in Phoenix during this week including the All Souls Procession event.  This event will be celebrated by local artists in the annual All Souls Procession. The celebration will start on 11/01/2019 at 4:00 P.M. and last until 11/03/2019 at 11:00 P.M. The Procession was originated in Tucson, Arizona in 1990 by Susan Johnson, a local artist. She performed a ceremonial piece in memory of her deceased father. Since then, many artists joined in and celebrated the Procession.

There are a lot of things to do in during this event where everyone can participate.

Some of the festivities include:

• The 7th Annual Night of the Living Festival: This is a full 3-day fest. This will start on 11/01/2019 at 4:00 P.M. until 11/03/2019 at 11:00 P.M. This celebration includes live street performances, parties, music, dancing and meet & greet with many local and international artists.
• The Procession of Little Angels: The event will start on 11/02/2019 from 3:00 P.M. up to 7:00 P.M. This intimate Procession will take place at Armory Park. The Tucson Girls Chorus, Stories That Soar! and Tucson Circus Arts will be performing during the said event.
• The 30th Annual All Souls Procession and Grand Finale: This will be happening on 11/03/2019 from 4:00 P.M. until 10:00 P.M. This enormous celebration will be participated by thousands of people from different cultures, art forms and traditions.

Aside from this, participants can dine at shops, join spirit groups, take part in the All Souls Media Circle, workshops and a lot more!
